Happy New Year

My warmest wishes to all of you in 2011.

I want to thank you for all your lovely, warm and kind comments on my blog.

Yesterday I made these oliebollen (dutch new years snacks) with a Dutch friend who also lives in france.

    What are oliebollen? Are they a sweet or savory snack? They look like they might be similar to a little donut or a fritter.
