Do you remember that we planted 60
pumpkinplants in May ? Because of the heat in june they had a difficult start, although my friend Lucy watered regularly, they suffered. The rain in july made them grow , there also are some fruits but not a lot yet, they need more sun. Weather is not stable at the moment, after some hot days there are immediately thunderstorms ....
To be continued!
They are coming along quite nicely! Ours are looking good, here in Vermont, too. (Fall is coming!)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThey're looking good. The plants appear really healthy, so with the right weather, I bet you'll have mountains of pumpkins! ;o)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWow they are looking good. You should sketch them (before you eat them) for memories sake. LOL
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIt's always a pleasure to visit your blog, Baukje. Your pumpkins are wonderful I hope they get the weather they need. All of your sewing projects are beautiful! Good luck with the market on the 15th - hopefully you make lots of money so you can buy yourself some more goodies.
