La Chocolatine

Again a pattern by Facilecécile. I bought the kit but was a bit disappointed by the fabric so I used mine from French General by Maison the Garance. Months ago i won this fabric by a giveaway.

Today in the mail came the green Kona solid fabric for my Grandmother's garden quilt, so I can start making hexagons!

DUTCH Tulips

These are pictures of huge fields of tulips and other bulbs from my native country , the Netherlands. She gave me permission to use them .

Two new bags

I made these simple tote's for the summermarket.

Sue Spargo BOM

I signed up for the Sue Spargo BOM this year.  It's called Imperial blooms, so there are 9 blooms to make and each block will learn us 4 new embroidery stitches.
Here are the january and february block.

Doll quilt finished

I finished the binding of this doll quilt. The fabric is Aunt Grace 30s repro fabric by Marcus brothers. Again I learned a lot making this doll quilt. The quilt was paper pieced by hand.

More blue in the garden

The garden is 'calling' me every day.....

May I present you my Angeligue,  I love her.  There must be somewhere in this house a piece of fabric for the handle but i cannot find it......
The ribbon roses are so cute, and earsy to make. .
The pattern is by Cecilefacile, a French girl who is rather popular here. Last year at the market in Nantes, her stand was so crowded, you hardly could buy anything .

I will certainly make this little pouch in my favorite color..... red!
